Roof Insurance Claims Help In Lufkin, TX
Storm Damage And Insurance
After hail or wind, you want two things: to know whether your roof is actually damaged, and to have someone on your side when the adjuster comes out. Our inspector photographs the roof, tells you what he finds and meets your adjuster on the roof. Your insurance company decides what’s covered. We make sure the damage is documented.

Let’s Get Started
Is There Really Damage?
Not every storm damages a roof, and you can’t always tell from the ground. Our inspector goes up, looks for real hail and wind damage and photographs what he finds. If there’s damage, you’ll see it in the photos. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.

Step 2
Schedule an Assessment
Tell us about the issue and any active leaks. Our team will arrange an assessment based on your property, access requirements, and availability. Roofing calls are answered 24/7; inspection and work schedules are arranged separately.
Step 3
Estimate & Strategy
All of our inspections come with a free estimate. The estimate will detail expected costs, work that needs to be done, and everything you need to know to make an educated decision. Have questions? We’re here to help you understand your options.
Step 4
Let’s Get To Work!
Before work begins, review the agreed scope, materials, access arrangements, and expected schedule with our team. Project duration depends on the roof, scope, site conditions, and weather.
Step 5
Client Check In
Review the completed scope and any questions with our team. Keep your project documents and the manufacturer and workmanship warranty terms that apply to your roof, including instructions for reporting a concern.
When The Adjuster Comes Out
When your insurance company schedules an adjuster, let us know. We’ll send an M&M inspector to meet them on the roof. He can answer the adjuster’s questions, point out damage he documented and help make sure nothing gets missed. You don’t have to climb up there or try to speak roofer.
Once your paperwork arrives from the insurance company, we’ll walk you through what the next steps are for the work itself. Questions about your policy, coverage or deductible go to your insurance agent.
After The Roof Is Done
Insurers usually ask for proof before they release the final payment. Our office puts together the Texas Department of Insurance forms, a completion letter and photos from before, during and after the job, so your agent and adjuster have what they need.
Deductibles
M&M does not waive deductibles. We won’t absorb, rebate or work a deductible into the price of the job.
